Terms of Service

1. Programming Services

i. Project requirements are to be discussed thoroughly.

ii. Once a project requirement is confirmed by both parties, no amendments can be made. 


iii. No refunds unless Mirage Techs are unable to deliver any significant progress within 15 working days after the minimum payment is made.

iv. Approximate delivery time and service charge will be invoiced to client within 3 working days.

v. Development will begin when 50% deposit have been paid to respective account and a first meeting has been made.

vi. All bugs found within two (2) weeks after application delivery will be fixed free of charge.

vii. All contents of the application must be prepared by the client. Additional charges may incur if Mirage Techs have to find the content itselves.

viii. Fee of RM200 (two hundred ringgit) is required if client requires a demo video of the project walkthrough.

ix. Any source codes will only be delivered once full payment is made. Otherwise, all progress report will be shown as live demo or screenshots.


x. Any future update on the application after the agreed delivery date will be charged accordingly based on the add-ons price. Development time will however increased accordingly to the new requirements.

xi. Mirage Techs will not be responsible for any code damage done by client after the delivery warranty period as stated in clause (1.vi).

xii. Mirage Techs will not be responsible for any damage caused directly or indirectly by the project deliverables.

xiii. Mirage Techs will not be responsible for any delays caused by client negligence.

xiv. Mirage Techs does not recycle codes from clients' projects. All common codes are taken from a sample projects specifically made for Mirage Techs consumptions.

xv. Mirage Techs develops a project from ground up even if a project is similar to one Mirage Techs have developed.

xvi. All clients details are hidden to direct known associates. Mirage Techs reserved the rights to include client's project title into its list of portfolio.

xvii. Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Meetings and delivery are conducted on weekends.

xviii. Any documentation is on separate pricing upon request. Documentation may include inline code comments, schematics, diagrams, or any particular document produced to describe the project thoroughly.

xix.  Any further support required by client after the delivery warranty period as stated in clause (1.vi) will be subjected to additional support extension fee.

xx. Additional meetings on-site after the project has been delivered will be charged RM0.70 per kilometer and RM10 per hour of meeting. Additional costs may incur according to clause (1.x) above.

2. Design Services

i. Designing work will start when 50% deposit have been paid to respective account and a first meeting has been made.

ii. All designs are subject to unlimited modification upon request before finalization of design is made within 3 days of the first draft design.

iii. Full size artwork (rasterized) without watermark version will be sent after 100% of the payment has been received.

iv. The service does not include printing the material.

v. Do note additional charge during delivery of the artwork may incur for any changes made during that time.

3. Custom Computer System Services

i. Computer system will be built only after full payment have been made.

ii. No change in computer system specification upon confirmation of payment.


iii. Free upgrade will be given at vendor discretion.

iv. All payment receipt will be in digital form.

v. Warranty valid as informed by Mirage Techs from date of receipt issuance.

vi. Client need to reprint the receipt when claiming warranty.

vii. Warranty is void for the following hardware with condition:

  1. Processor - Processor is detached from the mainboard. We can detect if the processor is reinserted to the mainboard. Processor is burnt due to absence of cooling system or dirty ventilation (human error).
  2. Mainboard - Mainboard is detached from the case. Mainboard failure is due to human error (spilled water, wrongly adjusted power supply, over-overclocking ).
  3. Graphic Processing Unit - GPU is detached from the mainboard. GPU failure is due to human error (spilled water, wrongly adjusted power supply, over-overclocking, etc ).
  4. Solid State Drive / Hard Disk Drive - Any of the drive is not plugged in. SSD/HDD failure is due to human error (spilled water, wrongly adjusted power supply, fell down, etc. ).
  5. Random Access Memory (RAM) - RAM is unplugged. RAM broken. RAM failure is due to human error (spilled water, wrongly adjusted power supply, fell down, etc. ).
  6. Power Supply Unit - Cable wire cut off on-purpose. Wrongly plug into incompatible power outlet. PSU failure is due to human error (spilled water, wrongly adjusted power supply, fell down, etc ).
